Inquiries & requests
When you submit a form, we use your contact information and event details to respond, discuss your plans, and administer your inquiry or booking. Requests are delivered to our events team by email.
Calendar
The website displays booked dates from our availability calendar. It does not display client names, event descriptions, or contact information. A request does not automatically create a booking or hold.
Third-party services
Forms use Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection. The site includes Google Maps and a regional map using OpenStreetMap. These services may receive technical information such as your IP address. External booking, social media, and visitor-guide links are governed by their providers’ policies.
