Bring your own team and shape the day around the people and details you love.

  • 18-hour access, 8 a.m.–2 a.m.

  • 10 folding tables and 50 folding chairs with white linens and covers

Additional guest dining furniture is arranged separately. Larger events are quoted individually.

18 hours of venue access

The standard wedding access window is 8 a.m.–2 a.m. Additional guests beyond 250 and larger or multi-day events are quoted individually.

Discounted rates for shorter parties

Planning a birthday, shower, graduation, or another private party lasting around four hours? Ask about our discounted short-party packages. Share your date, guest count, and setup needs for a personalized quote.

Setup & cleanup days

Subject to availability, add the day before for setup or the day after for cleanup at half the daily rate per additional day. Ask us to include the dates in your proposal.

Optional cleanup service

Cleanup service starts at $250 for events with fewer than 250 guests and $500 for events above 250 guests. Ask us to confirm the scope and rate for your guest count.

Securing your date

A signed contract and a 50% deposit secure the booking. A date inquiry or tour request alone does not hold the date.
